This wooden crescent moon is hand carved and woodburned with an intricate vine design. The outer and inner borders of the moon have also been burned to create a cratered texture. Attached inside and beneath the moon are hand ground and polished mahogany obsidian stones, gathered from Glass Butte in Oregon.
 
Each piece is completely handmade, expect small differences from the item seen in the pictures.
